David contacted me to get some professional headshots for his new website and marketing materials. Dave is opening his own practice and making a big change to work for himself. It was really wonderful to meet another entrepreneur who really loves what they do. Read on to learn about why David enjoys his career!

Meet Dave:

Tell us about your education. I have a bachelors in government and foreign affairs from Walsh University a small liberal arts school in the Akron/ Canton area. In 2017, I graduated from the University of Toledo College of Law with my JD. I joined the Ohio bar in 2018 and have been practicing disability law ever since.
What do you do? I'm a disability attorney. I mainly do appeals from denied social security disability claims. I also handle some Medicare appeals.
Why do you love what you do? I love what I do because I'm able to help people when they are in need. Someone who's too sick or injured to work has their entire life upended. Giving some type of security to that person is an incredible feeling.
Why did you decide to open an independent practice? I’m most excited for the flexibility that comes with self employment. It gives a sense of total control over your life.
Why are professional headshots important to you? I believe professional head shots are important to any independent business person. It shows that even though your business may be smaller than others it's still every bit as professional.
What stood out to you about your experience with Rebecca? Rebecca runs a tight ship. She responds promptly to calls and emails. She's on time and prompt. She's simply an all around professional.
