Toledo Family Photography. The Brinkmans. Toledo Botanical Gardens.
Meet the Brinkman family. Ryan and Katherine, were one of my first family photography clients in Toledo. At that time, they were only a family of four. Now they are six. I have really enjoyed seeing all of their littles grow and change over the years. We did our last session shortly after Aiden (third) turned one. Now that Elaina (fourth) was turning one, Ryan and Katherine decided to get her some special photos and also update their images as a whole family.
Take a look at how their family has changed over the last few years! (Also the quality and style of my work).
Fall was just at its peak at the Toledo Botanical Garden when we met for these portraits in November. The boys were quick to smile and help their sister have a good time too. I love seeing siblings interact with each other. Toward the end of the session we let lose and played in the leaves. Elaina did not seem super impressed, but the boys loved it.
Let me share a little bit about the Brinkman family:
How long have you been married? 8 years, last September.
What does Ryan do? Ryan is a designer/draftsman with an architecture and engineering firm.
What does Katherine do? I’m a full time home maker (aka: teacher, chef, maid, nurse, caregiver, shofar, referee, housekeeper and private Music teaching; among other things).
Names/Ages of your kids? Caleb 7, Titus 5, Aiden 3, Elaina 1.
What things do you like to do together as a family? Lots of legos, games, park outings, sand box time, baking or cooking, bike rides and walks, an occasional movie and soccer.
I hope you enjoyed getting to know this fun family a little more.
